Wednesday 17 – Thursday 18: Yesterday Young E had his first birthday party. The "guests" were grandma and grandpa (on the fathers side), "aunt K", and mom and dad. There was cake and coffee for the guests, and juice and a nice tasting bun for Young E. Presents of course. Books, a bucket and a spade, a nice sweater, and some more. Today I went to Stockholm early (the 06:48 train from Uppsala) to baby-sit Young E when his dad went to a business meeting. No problemY – Young E is a very pleasant person to be with. Early afternoon I went for a walk with E and his dad towards the Central Station. Young E slept in the stroller most of the way, but I had to leave them at Fridhemsplan to take the subway to the Central Station, to catch the 15:10 train back to Uppsala, where I had an appointment with my friend J at the Hörnan bar for a beer or two (or more) and a shrimp sandwich.
