Today there was "Open House" at Ungdomens hus (Youth House), an event for politicians, young people, not so young people – in short, anyone – to inform themselves about what the Association Ungdomens hus stands for, and what activities it offers their members. Unfortunately, I could only visit the "Open House" at the beginning of the event, but when I was there four politicians from the Uppsala Municipality Cultural Affairs Committee took a guided tour of the house with two Ungdomens hus board members. The guides did a great job, and the politicians seemed to enjoy themselves as well as being genuinely interested by what they heard and saw.
