Sun, balmy, blue sky with cotton wool clouds. My cold has finally passed, so I was back at the gym this morning. Lunch. Coffee. At four I went to the recycling station with three bags of glass and metal waste. Strolled back into the city via Österplan's Sports Ground, to meet my former colleague Y at Güntherska Hovkonditori & Schweizeri at five o'clock. Y arrived shortly after me. Always a pleasure to talk to Y, and talk we sure did for two hours.
