After lunch I picked up L at work. Then we drove to Enköping, where L had an appointment at the hospital, to have an X-ray examination done. I waited with a coffee in the cafeteria during the examination (not a long wait). Then we drove back to Uppsala, parked the car, hopped on to our bicycles, and went looking for "Hitta ut" checkpoints in the Flogsta, Stenhagen, and Kvarnbo areas. Perfect biking weather. Sunshine, balmy, no strong winds.

Distance covered (as measured by the iPhone): 4,6 kilometers (plus 22,7 kilometers by bike)
