Today it was time to go for a longer walk here in Uppsala. I chose to stroll around in the Kungsängen district, where a whole new neighbourhood is being built. Everywhere there is construction work going on, some buildnings are just being erected, in others people have already moved into. In the area close to the Uppsala stream, Fyrisån, there are industrial operations still going on, the most notable being the old grain mill from 1874. Interesting walk. Uppsala is expanding rapidly.
