Pounced on by Mallards

Tonight and this morning, cold outside. Minus 22 degrees Centigrade. Clear sky. L's cold, which had gotten somewhat better yesterday, wasn't totally gone, so she had to stay inside today. We sorted out some old stuff – photos, slides, letters, etc. – from one of our wardrobes, until early afternoon. Then the weather had changed. Grey sky, and only -9 degrees. I went for a short walk. When I reached the bridge over Sågmyra stream on Leksandsvägen, I was pounced on by a bunch of hungry mallards. Alas, poor mallards, no old bread to feast upon today. Dinner. Coffee. Dark. Minus 10 degrees outside.

Distance covered (as measured by the iPhone): 3,4 kilometers
