This morning at 8 o'clock I had an appointment at the local health center, to have some blood samples taken, plus to be equipped with blood pressure measuring gear, to wear for 24 hours. Every 20 minutes, this equipment automatically measures my blood pressure, storing the data for later analysis by my physician. Afterwards, I just took a short walk back home. Coffee. Finishing Open City by Teju Cole, and my January issue of LFI (Leica Fotografie International). Outside, lots of snow, overcast, -3 degrees Centigrade.
