Morning spent at the gym. Doing "push" exercises with dumbbells and barbells. Back home, picking up a plastic bag with metal waste, taking it to the recycling station at Willy:s food market at Björkgatan. Then a slow stroll back home through the Almtuna district. Jackdaws sauntering about (good omen?). Magpies in the air. Around zero, overcast, a light snowfall. At four o'clock the car was packed, and L and I headed north to spend the weekend at our cottage in Sågmyra.
