Sawant Photography is also located in Sågmyra, Dalecarlia. This is a small village situated between Falun and Leksand. Its once famous Wool Plant, was closed down in 1976. The plant buildings decayed for three decades, until in 2008 a clothes outlet hired 5000 sq m of factory space. It has been a huge success, and other companies have begun to locate buisnesses in Sågmyra. So, the old factory buildings are put in order again, but for other purposes than the manufactoring of blankets and other woolen products.
